Affiliate Program Terms

The Sell Bio Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to Sell Bio.

By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to these terms. Sell Bio reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates earn commissions under the following conditions:

• The applicable commission rate is the rate shown in the affiliate dashboard for the referred subscription. Rates for Bio, Creator, and Growth are not confirmed until they appear there.
• Any recurring period and eligible renewals are defined in the affiliate dashboard for that referral
• Referrals are attributed via the unique coupon code or referral link provided to each affiliate

Commission payments are processed as follows:

• Available payout methods are the methods shown by the affiliate platform for your account
• The payout schedule is the schedule shown in the affiliate dashboard
• Any minimum payout threshold is shown in the affiliate dashboard
• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about Sell Bio when promoting the platform
• Use only ethical and legal marketing practices
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Sell Bio (e.g., "affiliate link")
• Respect the Sell Bio brand and not misrepresent the product or its features

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or messages to promote your referral link
• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to earn commissions
• Using misleading or false advertising to drive referrals
• Bidding on Sell Bio branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns
• Using cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking methods

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Sell Bio may terminate an affiliate account immediately if these terms are violated.

Upon termination, any pending commissions that have been legitimately earned will be paid out within 30 days. Commissions earned through prohibited activities will be forfeited.

Sell Bio reserves the right to modify these affiliate terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
