Affiliate Program Terms

The SellB.io Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to SellB.io.

By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to these terms. SellB.io reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates earn commissions under the following conditions:

• Commission rate: 30% of each payment made by referred users
• Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred user maintains an active paid subscription
• Referrals are attributed via the unique coupon code or referral link provided to each affiliate

Commission payments are processed as follows:

• Payments are made via PayPal to the email address provided during registration
• Commissions are paid monthly, within the first 15 days of the following month
• There is no minimum payout threshold
• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about SellB.io when promoting the platform
• Use only ethical and legal marketing practices
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting SellB.io (e.g., "affiliate link")
• Respect the SellB.io brand and not misrepresent the product or its features

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or messages to promote your referral link
• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to earn commissions
• Using misleading or false advertising to drive referrals
• Bidding on SellB.io branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns
• Using cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking methods

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. SellB.io may terminate an affiliate account immediately if these terms are violated.

Upon termination, any pending commissions that have been legitimately earned will be paid out within 30 days. Commissions earned through prohibited activities will be forfeited.

SellB.io reserves the right to modify these affiliate terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
