AI Lead Scoring

Know which enquiry is worth your morning

Everyone who answers your qualifying questions gets scored the moment they finish — hot, warm, or cold — so the person ready to start this week never sits behind the one who is just browsing.

What the scoring actually reads

Interest arrives in a hurry and all of it looks identical in a list. Someone with a budget and a start date reads exactly like someone killing ten minutes, until you open both and find out.

The AI reads the answers each person gave — goal, budget, timeline, whatever you decided to ask — and assigns an intent score as they finish. Not keyword matching: it weighs what the answers mean together, so "in three months" next to a real budget scores differently from "in three months" next to no budget at all.

It will also write the questions. Describe the client you want and it drafts a short scorecard designed to surface the signals that actually separate a buyer from a browser for your offer.

Every scored lead lands in your CRM with its answers attached, so when you do open one you already know what they said and why it scored the way it did.

How to interpret an AI lead score

Configuration example

Two people ask about consulting. One explains their goal, budget and timing; the other is just exploring. AI can help prioritize the first conversation using those answers. Read the original information too: a high score does not prove someone will buy or replace your judgment.

Before publishing

  • Ask about signals relevant to your service. Avoid personal characteristics that are unnecessary for handling the enquiry.
  • Review complete, ambiguous and empty answers. Compare the score with the context before choosing the next contact.

Reading every enquiry, or reading the ones that matter

Sorting by hand

Every enquiry looks the same

  • Nothing tells them apart until you have read each one
  • You choose who to call by scrolling a list
  • Someone ready to start can sit for hours unnoticed
  • You guess at what to ask, then guess at what the answers meant
  • "Ready" means something different every time you decide it

With AI scoring

Scored the moment they finish

  • Each one arrives already marked hot, warm or cold
  • The AI drafts the qualifying questions for you
  • High intent can route straight to your calendar
  • The score comes with the answers that produced it
  • The same standard applied to everyone, every time

How it works

Describe who you want

Tell it the client you are trying to reach and it drafts the scorecard — or write your own questions if you would rather.

They answer, in their own words

Someone lands on your link and answers a handful of short questions. It takes them under a minute.

The AI scores the intent

It reads the answers together and scores each person hot, warm or cold the moment they finish.

You open the right one first

Hot enquiries can route straight to your calendar; the rest wait in your CRM with their answers, ready when you are.

Scoring that works before you even see the lead

AI drafts the qualifying questions

Describe what a good-fit lead looks like, and the AI proposes a short scorecard — the questions that actually separate ready-to-buy visitors from casual browsers, without you writing a single one from scratch.

Every answer updates the score in real time

There's no batch processing or end-of-day review. The moment a visitor finishes answering, their intent score is set and visible in your dashboard.

Hot leads can skip straight to booking

Route visitors scored as high-intent directly to your calendar, while warm and cold leads land in your CRM for a follow-up sequence instead of a phone call.

Frequently asked questions

How does AI lead scoring work?

The AI reads the answers someone gives to your qualifying questions and assigns an intent score — hot, warm or cold — weighing signals like stated budget, timeline and how well their goal matches what you offer. It reads the answers together rather than matching keywords, so the same timeline scores differently depending on what sits next to it.

Do I have to write my own scoring questions?

No. You can write your own, or describe what a good-fit lead looks like and let the AI draft a short scorecard quiz for you. You can always edit the questions afterward.

What does a "hot" lead actually mean?

It means the AI detected strong buying signals in that visitor's answers — for example, a clear budget, an urgent timeline, or a goal that matches your offer directly. Hot leads are the ones worth calling first.

Can hot leads skip straight to booking a call?

Yes. You can route high-intent visitors directly to your calendar link, while warm and cold leads are saved in your CRM for a different follow-up sequence instead.

Is there a limit to how many leads the AI can score?

Yes. Scoring shares credits with other AI functions: Creator includes 100 per month and Growth 1,000. This is not a separate allowance per feature or the same number of leads. Bio does not include AI.

Can I see why a lead got a specific score?

Yes — each scored lead in your CRM shows the answers behind the score, so you're never guessing at the reasoning.

Does AI scoring replace conditional logic?

They work together. Conditional logic decides what a visitor sees next based on their answer; AI scoring adds an intent score on top, so you know not just where a visitor went, but how likely they are to buy.

Can I try AI lead scoring for free?

Yes. The Free plan doesn't include AI scoring, but every paid plan's 7-day trial does — enough time to build a scorecard and see real leads scored before you commit.
